| Abstract: | In this article the results of the laparoscopic theatment of 52 patients who were treated for perforative duodenal ulcer are presnted. In 37 cases suturing of duodenal ulcer was made, in 15 cases suturing with vagotomy. The result of this is а decrease of duration of treatment in hospital of such patients to 5,2 1,3 days; in cases of simple suturing and reductions of basic gastral acid secrecy to 58 - 70% in cases of suturing with vagotomy. Laparoscopic operations of perforative duodenal ulcer is perspective line of urgent surgery. |
