| Abstract: | The article presents the results of surgical management of 206 patients with abdominal aorta aneurysms. 68 patients of them had ААА with retro-peritoneal rupture. Ultra sound angioscanning proves to bе sufficiently informative when used in diagnosing the abdominal aorta aneurysms. We established that it was possible to carry out carotic and non-vascular operations simultaneously. There were good outcomes under autologous blood usage. Postoperative mortality after non-complicated ААА was approximately 7.8%, and after rupture ААА was - 49.1 %. |
