| Abstract: | The results of diagnostics and treatment of 54 patients with mesenterial thrombosis were obserwed. Аll patients were older 54 years (men - 22, women - 34). 50% patients were with peritonitis. Methods of staging applied postponed interintestinal anastomosis (12) and laparostomy (21) were used. Postoperative mortality was 54%. |
