Abstract: In order to improve future psychologists’ professional training, different methods and techniques, which are parts of the study trainings program, are used complexly. Scientists widely describe the main directions and features of student-psychologist’s professional formation. The article focuses on the fact that the problems, with which clients turn to psychologists, usually have social nature in their basis (interpersonal conflicts, problems of professional development, emotional sphere). In training group student has possibility better understand himself as a future specialist-psychologist and his relationships with other people. Due to the presence in the group of the feedback, as one of the main forms of communication in the training, there is a more realistic understanding of yourself and others, the dynamic of personal and professional growing is observed. To develop training programs for professional training of future psychologists it is necessary to find clearly main tasks that identify the features of study trainings. Such tasks are: mastering of socio-psychological and professional knowledge by students, that are necessary for the effective work of psychologist; formation of practical professional abilities and skills; development of complex imagination about the socio-psychological being of people; development the ability to understand and adequately perceive surrounding ones; acquiring skills for decoding psychological messages from potential clients; mastering of tricks for interpersonal communication; formation of sensory perception of phenomena and awareness of your involvement to different interpersonal situations. The abilities and skills, acquired by students in artificially created study trainings’ conditions, will be useful for future psychologists not just in individual communication with client, but also for the organization of group training work. Study trainings promote the development and consolidation of necessary students’ skills by frequent repetition, “playing” of certain situation with other participants of training group. Future psychologists on such classes have the opportunity to learn how to solve difficult life problems, which often appear in the process of interpersonal and business communication. For the effective realization of study training it is necessary to identify global and partial goals of every training exercise.
