Практика організація української сеймової фракції Галицького Сейму

Abstract

У статті здійснюється аналіз правових шляхів організації сеймових фракцій галицьких українців з 1861 до 1914 року. Здійснюється систематизація правових поглядів українських депутатів, а також еволюція державницької ідеї в Галичині протягом другої половини ХІХ ст. Галицький сейм розглядається, як каталізатор українського національного руху, оскільки нормотворча діяльність продемонструвала відмінність між представниками москвофільської, народовської та радикальної течій, які в кінці ХІХ ст. сформували власні фракції та перші партійні організації.

The article analyzes the legal ways of organizing the Sejm fraction of the GаІісіаn Ukrainians іn the period from 1861 to 1914. The systematization of the legal views of the Ukrainian deputies, as well as the evolution of the state idea in Galicia during the second half of the ХІХ century is carried out. The Galician Sejm is seen as а catalyst for the Ukrainian national movement, since the law-making activity demonstrated the difference between representatives of the Moscow Philosophy, the Peoples and the radical movements, which at the end of the XIX-th century formed their own factions and the first party organizations.
