| Abstract: | Стаття присвячена питанню диференціації правового регулювання оплати праці. Автором викладене власне бачення класифікації підстав диференціації правового забезпечення оплати праці. Запропоновано підставами диференціації правового регулювання оплати праці вважати: (а) об'єктивну, (б) галузеву та (в) управлінську. Тhе article has devoted to the question of differentiation of legal regulation of wages. The author outlines his own vision of the classification of the grounds for the differentiation of legal wages. Proposed basis of differentiation of legal regulation of wages to consider: (а) objective, (b) sectoral and (с) managerial. |
