Наукова стаття присвячена висвітленню деяких аспектів розслідування грабежів та розбоїв, вчинених раніше засудженими особами. Розглядаються типові слідчі ситуації для більш швидкого та ефективного розслідування досліджуваної категорії кримінальних правопорушень.
