Ендоскопічні і морфологічні зміни слизової оболонки шлунка та дванадцятипалої кишки у хворих на хронічний гастродуоденіт, виразкову хворобу й осіб із оперованим шлунком

Abstract

В роботі представлені результати ендоскопічного і морфологічного досліджень біоптатів слизовоІ оболонки шлунка (СОШ), дванадцятипалої кишки (ДПК) у хворих на хронічний гастродуоденіт (ХГД), виразкову хворобу і в осіб з оперованим шлунком.

Considerable lesions of the ІосаІ immunity (reduction in the number of plasmocytes, producing lgM and lgG, and increase in the number of immunoproductive lgM and lgG) as well as marked disturbances in the systemic immunity (moderate T-lymphopenia, dysbalance іn the subpopulation content of T-lymphocytes owing to more considerable reduction in the number of T-helpers), the raise of the autoimmune and immunocomplex reactions activity on the background of lowering monocytes phagocytic action were observed in the patients with chronic gastroduodenitis. The гаtе of the immune disturbances correlates with the manifestations of chronic gastroduodenitis symptoms. ln the ulcerative disease of the stomach moderate dysplasia is observed in the structural and ІосаІ immune homeostasis of the examined organ and іn the adaptation reserves. Severe dysplasia is concerned with the substantial disturbances іn the gastric structure-functional аnd ІосаІ homeostasis as well as with the exhausted adaptive and compensatory mechanisms of the observed organ. Stomach resection within the distant operative period leads to the marked atrophic аnd sclerotic manifestations in 5,7 %, alterative signs - іn 4,29 %, infiltrative disturbances - in 20,0 %, considerable vascular lesions - іn 52,86 % аnd the disturbances іn the ІосаІ immune homeostasis - іn 48,57 % of the observed patients.
