Покоління прав людини як виклик для правового регулювання суспільства

Abstract

У статті досліджується питання поколінь прав людини, при цьому особлива увага приділяється правам, що становлять зміст четвертого покоління, поява якого зумовлює активний розвиток усіх сфер суспільного життя. Проаналізовано розподіл прав на різних історичних етапах та втілення правових ідей.

The article deals with the issue of the generation of human rights. The special attention is paid to the rights that constitute the contents of the fourth generation, the emergence of which causes the active development of all spheres of public life. The authors analyzed the distribution of rights to different historical stages and implementation of legal ideas. The authors of the article investigated the thoughts of human rights researchers. They note that these rights differ not only in the spheres of functioning but in the time of occurrence.
