Особливості імунного статусу в хворих на хронічні гепатити

Abstract

Розроблені нові диференційно-діагностичні критерії об'єктивної діагностики хронічних токсичного та медикаментозного гепатитів за допомогою визначення нуклеїнових кислот у крові, наявності антитіл до денатурованої і неденатурованої ДНК класу G, показників гуморального імунітету lg G та lg М. Запропонований метод високоінформативний на ранніх стадіях захворювань гепатобіліарної системи дає реальну можливість судити про локалізацію патологічного процесу, прогнозувати перебіг хвороби.

The new differential-diagnostic criteries of the objective diagnostics of chronic toxic and chronic toxic-allergic hepatitis were elaborated. We based on the determination of nuclei acids, presence of antibodies to denaturated and nodenaturated DNA of class G, the factors of the humoral immunity such as Ig G, Ig M. This method is proposed as а high-informative method оn the еаrlу stage of а hepatobiliary system disorder, affording а real opportinity to specify the direction of а pathological process and make prognosis of the course of disease according.
