Деякі особливості сучасної генотипічної структури вірусу гепатиту В в Закарпатському регіоні України

Abstract

В результаті проведених досліджень вивчено особливості поширення генотипів та геноваріантів вірусу гепатиту В в Закарпатському регіоні України. Визначено перевагу циркуляції двох генотипів вірусу гепатиту В (генотип D та генотип А) у хворих з середньотяжким та з тяжким перебігом гострого гепатиту В.

The article is dedicated to the actual problem of the modern hepatology, that is to the virus hepatitis B. The spread of the genotypes and genovariants of the hepatitis B in the Transcarpathian region of Ukraine was under study. 40 patients with middle-hard and hard cases of several hepatitis B were examined. The advantage of the genotype D circulation (72,5%) of the first genovariant was established. Genodiagnostic investigations are being held further.
