Abstract:	Статтю присвячено дослідженню феномена конкубінату як особливої форми шлюбу часів римського права. Розглянуто особливості конкубінатних відносин у межах цивільного шлюбу України. Визначено ознаки сучасного конкубінату. The article is sanctified to research of phenomenon of the concubinage as the special form of marriage times of Roman law. Features of concubinage relations are considered within scopes of civil marriage in Ukraine. The signs of modern concubinage are certain.
