| Abstract: | У статті досліджено погляди на сутність державного суверенітету та його взаємозв’язок із народним суверенітетом. Державний суверенітет розглядається як одна з необхідних умов реалізації народного суверенітету. Обґрунтовано, що народний суверенітет у свою чергу є основою для формування легітимної державної влади всередині країни, яка здатна представляти державу у міжнародних відносинах. The article examines views on the essence of state sovereignty and its interrelation with popular sovereignty. State sovereignty is considered as one of the necessary conditions for the implementation of popular sovereignty. It has been proved that popular sovereignty is the basis for the formation of legitimate state power that is capable of representing the state in international relations, within a country. |
