Право на спротив як одне із природних прав особи та його реалізація в контексті біблії

Abstract

У статті охарактеризовано еволюційний етап розвитку природного права людини на спротив владі, що випливає з Біблії як основи розвитку сучасного конституційного права. Досліджено біблійне розуміння природного права людини на спротив владі, його зміст, характер та види. Розкрито причинно-наслідковий зв’язок між діями світської влади та настанням для неї відповідальності за порушення Божих заповідей.

The article provides a general description of the evolutionary stage of the development of natural human rights for the resistance of the authorities arising from the Bible as the basis for the development of modern constitutional law. In addition, the Biblical understanding of the natural human right to the resistance to power, its content, character and types are analyzed; reveals the causal link between the actions of secular authority and the onset of responsibility for the viola tion of God’s commandments.
