Аналіз змісту договору аутсорсингу

Abstract

У статті розглянуто проблеми формування змісту договору аутсорсингу, проаналізовано істотні умови даного правочину, а саме - виокремлено визначення предмету, ціни та строковості договору аутсорсингу. Визначено особливості та встановnено правове регулювання умов договору аутсорсингу.

This article defines problems in formation of essence of the outsourcing agreement, analyzes essential conditions of the outsourcing agreement. Thus it gives the subject the рrісе and the terms of the outsourcing agreement. Specialties and some points of the legal regulation of the agreement conditions are determined and clarified in this article.
