Abstract

Savchyn M. Constitutional Court of Ukraine and constitutional order dynamics. The article describes the role of constitutional justice in a constitutional matter development. In particular, the constitutional dynamics nature analyzed in the context of the constituent legitimacy, which holistic and dynamic interpretation leads to of constitutional phenomena and processes of constitutional courts, as well as method of application of the Constitution of Ukraine as directly effect of constitutional provisions.
