| Abstract: | Розглядається система стратегічного управління розвитком міста Одеса, дана класифікація поблем, які виникають в процесі управління економічною безпекою. Пропонуються системи узгоджених критеріїв і показників ефективності, які дозволяються досить повно оцінювати рівень досягнення цілей захисту життєво важливих інтересів індивіда, суспільства, міста, розроблені підходи до розвязку даних проблем у сфері управління мегаполісом. | Description: | The system of strategic management development of city Odessa is examined, classification of problems which arise up in the process of economic safety’s management is given. The systems of the concerted criteria and indexes of efficiency, which allow full enough to estimate the degree of achievement of aims of defence of vitally important interests of individual, society and city, are offered, going is developed near the decision of these problems in the field of management megapolice. Key words: strategies, problem situation, having a special purpose programs, megalopolis, economics’ safety of city. |
