| Abstract: | The article deals with the issue of the geopolitical theoretical constructions influence over the development of the "cold war" between West and East in the format of the fundamental dualism between talasocratos (the sea power) and the telurocratos (the land power). The author makes the conclusion that ideological sources of the "cold" confrontation have the beginning in the geopolitical projects of A.Mehen, G.Maccinder and N.Spykman. |
