Abstract:	The article is devoted to the analysis of political component of contemporary trade unions participation in the social labour relations. Attention is accented on technologies of conflicts and consensuses of co-operation of the hired workers organizations and other participants of social partnership. Conclusion is drawn in relation to connection between public meaningfulness of actions of trade unions and growth of their political influence.
