| Abstract: | The main principles, aims and structural components of native regulatory system of protection and guarantying the rights of ethno-national minorities, established by the domestic law, have been studies in the present article. As well as the peculiarities of forming and functioning of national institutes system for protection and enforcement of the national minorities’ rights implementation as the main bearers of ethno-national policy have been analyzed. |
