Abstract: The conformity of attractors of political relations on the imperial space in Halychyna and Bukovyna is stated in the article on the example of bifurcation in the Austrian empire of the 19th century. The period of the middle of the 19th century, the time of political and social and historical transformations in Habsburg monarchy which firstly took place as a result of European revolution 1848-1849 (so-called “The Springs of Peoples”) and secondly through the collision of the home policy conflict (between Austria and Hungary) was taken for the starting point of bifurcation processes by the author. It was proved that these both reasons provoked the certain circumstances of external and internal order and corresponded to the threshold of so-called C-bifurcation. In Habsburg society bifurcation arose up when it experienced the destabilizing influence through the changes of social and economic conditions of the 1860th years and resulted in simple attractor as the “Hungarian consent” (“Ausgleich”) and formation on the allied state – Austria-Hungary. It was established that bifurcation (internal) mechanism for Halychyna and Bukovyna was the proclamation (1861) of their autonomies in the structure of Austrian empire – as belated consequence of requirements (1848)about the devisionof ethnic and heterogeneous provinces on national principle (foremost of Halychyna). The requirement of autonomy was attractor (idea) – the fixed point in the phase space. Political agreements (“contents”) of Bukovyna and Halychyna became the consequence of it. These agreements were defined as simple and strange attractors. They had close initial conditions of political order but eventual their points (consequences) differed substantially.
