Методологія дослідження еволюції партійних систем в перехідних суспільствах (на прикладі Румунії)

Abstract

The author of the article has considered the issues of the evolution of the party system of Romania. The topicality of this research is conditioned by the fact, that the process of evolution of the party system in Romania has not yet finished. That is why the experience of development of the party system could be used by the other states, where the transformational processes are taking place. This experience is valuable for the Ukrainian society as well. Theoretical approaches to the studying of the political parties and party systems have become the methodological foundations of the research. These approaches have been developed by the foreign and Ukrainian specialists: M.Dyverge, J.Sartori, S.Lipset, S.Roccan, O.Romaniuk, M.Prymush and others. The author of the article has defined main factors, which had made the essential influence on the development of the party system. These are: elective system, social-political divisions in a society, peculiarities of transformational processes in the Romanian society. Much attention is paid in the article to the analyses of results of parliament elections and structuring of the parliament by its results.
