| Abstract: | In clause it is spoken that Introduction gender equality has global and regional aspect. Gender equality is a global problem. At the same time, each country has the social, political, economical features, so also the gender features. Statistical reports, sociological researches, expert estimations are necessary for effective gender policy. A regional gender portrait is the important part of the sanction of gender problems. |
