Роль органів місцевого самоврядування у вираженні інтересів територіальних громад

Abstract

The important component element of alteration of civil society is local self-government. Within the framework of this research the organs of local self-government are examined, foremost, as agents in a co-operation with the organs of State power, political parties and public associations. Exactly at the level of self-government the main components of civil society – society and representative power, individual and collective interests, rights of every person and society get the completest realization. Only creation of effective mechanisms of expression interests of territorial societies can provide the real, instead of only formal participating of citizens in life of regions of the state.
