| Abstract: | Автор розкрив вплив складного й багатогранного глобалізаційного процесу як фактора інноваційних підходів до трансформації механізму забезпечення прав і свобод як на внутрішньодержавному, так і на міжнародному рівнях. Доведено, що глобалізація зумовлює істотній вплив на зміну й пошук інноваційного правового інструментарію, який використовується сучасними державами в забезпеченні прав і свобод людини. | Description: | The author revealed a complex and multifaceted impact of globalization process as a factor of innovative approaches to transformation mechanism ensuring the rights and freedoms of both intrastate and international levels. It is proved that globalization leads to a substantial impact on the change and find innovative legal tools used by modern states in ensuring the rights and freedoms to form a common future based on shared membership in the human race in all its diversity. Key words: globalization, innovation, law, freedom, man, defense mechanism and guarantees the rights and freedoms, that make the mechanism transformation. |
