Політичний капітал як наукова категорія

Abstract

This paper concentrates on analyzing such perspective scientific category as political capital. A review of different approaches to this concept and empirical and theoretical works on this problem essential for integral theory of political capital is presented. It is demonstrated that political capital exists on three levels: micro- (as attitude of the individuals), macro- (groups and organizations) and institutional level (organizing characteristics of political system). Special attention is given to the possibility of the conversion of political capital in other forms of the capital (economic, social, cultural and symbolic). The results of theoretical study are presented.
