| Abstract: | The definitional and conceptual aspects of democratic citizenship theory were considered in the article. The crucial ideas and fundamental theses by D.Thompson, B.Barber, J.Shklar, W.Kymlicka et al. have been involved into the author’s systemizing and rearranging efforts. |
