Цифрова трансформація вищої освіти в Угорщині

Abstract

У статті досліджено розвиток діджиталізації вищої освіти в Угорщині. Епідеміологічна ситуація та умови кризових явищ у світі викликали значне прискорення процесу цифровізації освіти без урахування наявних ресурсних можливостей системи освіти. Неоднорідність процесів цифровізації вимагає їхнього осмислення та аналізу для виявлення продуктивних варіантів і активного використання надалі. У дослідженні зосереджено увагу на інформаційному суспільстві, яке пов’язане з традиційною освітою та має значний вплив на онлайн-діяльність і процес онлайн-освіти. Акцентовано увагу на необхідності розроблення цифрових методів навчання, які придатні для моніторингу та розвитку цифрової освіти. Актуальність проблеми формування цифрової компетентності в закладах вищої освіти Угорщини є очевидною, оскільки технічний прогрес розвивається в швидкому темпі, а цифровізація вже проникла в усі сфери життя, зокрема в систему освіти. Цифрова компетентність обумовлює неминучість трансформації освітнього процесу закладів освіти з урахуванням реалій інформаційного суспільства. Саме цифрова компетентність дозволяє бути успішним у сучасному інформаційному просторі, керувати інформацією, оперативно приймати рішення, формувати важливі життєві компетентності. Реформування освітніх систем, професійна підготовка вчителя в контексті світових вимог, впровадження нових методик та технологій його діяльності потребує урахування досвіду провідних країн світу, зокрема європейських країн, які розпочали процес реформування освітніх систем і вже мають певний позитивний результат.

The article examines the development of digitalization of higher education in Hungary. The epidemiological situation and conditions of crisis phenomena in the world caused a significant acceleration of the process of digitalization of education without taking into account the available resource capabilities of the education system. The heterogeneity of digitization processes requires their understanding and analysis to identify productive options and possibly, their active use further. The investigation focuses on the information society, which is related to traditional education and has a significant impact on online activities and the process of online education on learning. The attention is concentrated on the need to develop methods and rules of electronic and programmed learning methods that are suitable for monitoring and developing digital education. The relevance of the problem of forming digital competence in Hungarian higher education institutions is obvious, since technical progress is developing at a fast pace, and digitalization has already penetrated all spheres of life, the education system, in particular. Digital competence determines the inevitability of the transformation of the process of education in educational institutions, taking into account the realities of the information society. It is the digital competence that allows you to be successful in the modern information space, manage information, make quick decisions, and form important life skills. Reforming system of education, professional training of teachers in the context of global requirements, introduction of new methods and technologies for their activities requires taking into account the experience of the leading countries of the world, in particular European countries, which have started the process of reforming system of education and already have a certain positive result.
