Аналіз основних проявів девіантності неповнолітніх

Abstract

The article considers the problems of analysis of vulnerability displays among under–aged in the Russian Federation. The author defines the following negative tendencies of criminality development among under-aged: – Organisational character of criminality among under-aged; – Growing tempo of rates of under-age criminality; – Growth of specific criminality weight of under-age in the structure of general criminality; – Increasing number of crimes, associated with drug–misuse; – Growth of technical equipment usage by under-age criminals. The search of ways of effective overcoming of vulnerability among under–aged is considered by the author to be the most important task to be solved both in the Russian Federation and Ukraine.
