До аксіології угорського етноменшинського феномену в політолого–етнологічних рефлексіях демократичної революції 1956 року

Abstract

Being impulsed in 1956 year ethno-socio-politic picture of Hungary of last fiftieth anniversary, – its sociol-ogy-quantitative and politology-quality indicators, – have been a subject of author’s theoretical axiology. In au-thor’s opinion, multistage ethnic notions were crystallized by unexampled way for the Europe: title people-ethnos, subtitle ethnics, other nation’s right here, ethnic minorities, national minorities, ethnic groups, ethno-socio-civilization stages, ethno-historical generalities, ethno-diasporas formations, marginal ethno-language groups, etc. In theoretical aspects, more then others, the question about political subjecting of ethno-minorities of post-revolution Hungary (in such it axiological aspects, as: all-country electoral competency of minority and groups, their plebiscites activity in a daily life, system’s vitality to self-management in places of their compact residing, an abundance of ethno- and party-political formations in concrete districts of the country, relief person-nel representation in the political and state structures or in central and regional politicum of the country) was especially assentuated. The author considers that dotted line designated politic-subject ethno-axiology has revealed outside country’s long leavin state ethno-political concept which was adequately interpreted and realized in practice of both au-thority branches of Hungarian post-revolution fiftieth anniversary politicum, – both communists, and the liberal-democrats. The maximum to volume can consider as display legal fastening in the Constitution 1989 unique post in the Europe – Parliamentary Representative by the rights of national and ethnic minority. Theoretical and axio-logical synthesis of the author’s analysis may to be the conclusion: Hungarian ethno-minorities play specific roles of ferment and shuttle between the social and political systems concerning small, but the multinational country.
