| Abstract: | Abstract: With the support of the original theory, through the tracking and analysis of the case enterprise Ctrip in the background of the COVID-19, this paper tries to summarize the tenacity composition of Chinese tourism enterprises, analyze the mechanism of its tenacity, and sort out the measures that Ctrip has won the recognition of users and the market, to provide reference for Chinese tourism enterprises to deal with the crisis in the future. |
