| Abstract: | The author considers essence of concept "transformation", methods and specificity of postsocialist transfor-mation changes in this article. Separate attention the author gives to transformations in education and culture, in social and economic spheres. The author investigates positive and negative consequences of transformation processes, moral – psychologi-cal climate in a society. The analysis of quality of life of the population in the postsocialist countries is made. |
