Фактор транснаціональної злочинності в період трансформаційних процесів на постсоціалістичному просторі

Abstract

The article deals with the problems of the theory and practice of transnational crime research. It defines the factors and the scale of the internationalization of the post-Soviet organized crime. Main directions of integration of the crime organizations of post-Soviet states, especially Ukraine, with the international syndicates are defined. Author analyzes the world experience of the police measures towards crime organizations and is proposing the concrete steps on the fight with the foreign organized crime and neutralization of its integration with the local crime structures in Ukraine.
