Abstract:	The article deals with the comparative analysis of the state regulation of the special economic zones in Poland and Ukraine. Also the specifics of the fiscal, tax and investment policy in the framework of SEZ is defined. Author makes the conclusion about the instability of the legal regulation of SEZ in Ukraine, and this make the threat for the national interests and the national security.
