| Abstract: | The issue of power as a communicative system is considered. Methodological aspect in this field is analysed on the base of scientific surveys, as our survey is given in one-sided narrow approach. A new approach in analy-sis of power institute is proposed, which loses the frames of institutional norms, forwarding them to an individ-ual. Consequently, a separate issue, which is almost not worked – out in science is separated. |
