Основні особливості трансформації політичних систем на пострадянському просторі та виборчі технології

Abstract

The given report stresses upon the basic peculiarities of the political systems transformation on the post – so-viet territory, their social – political changes and reforms. The accent is made on the change of the parliament – presidential systems in the post – soviet times, which is highlighted through the conflict between people and power, old executives and new state – building elite, soviet nomenclature and the “new sample” parties, on the PR – companies becoming monsters. Such changes became possible due to the political coordinates’ system shift, both on the internal European and geopolitical levels. The historical evolution of the executive – state law may be considered as the crucial motive of these changes. That is why the author of this report tries to make the forecast of the “United Europe” future, that may become an example of the nazi (or communistic) regime, as well as Machiavelli’s “great benefaction” or Thomas Moor’s “democratic dream”. Because the political systems transformation on the post – soviet territory is only the beginning, and everything will depend on the political consciousness of simple electors and their ambitions.
