| Abstract: | In given article the problem of formation of crisis of authority at the USSR is studied at the end of 80 – the beginning of 90th years of XX century. The author pays attention, that crisis was defined in two spheres: theo-retical and practical. The first reflected struggle of radical, conservative and liberal ideas. The second – struggle for authority between M.Gorbachevym, B.Eltsinom and the State committee from state of emergency. |
