Політичний плюралізм як чинник трансформації партійно–політичних систем на постсоціалістичному просторі (на прикладі Угорщини)

Abstract

Essence of political pluralism is analyzed as a factor of transformation of the political systems; it is definite, that independence and partnership of political subjects is his lines, expressly the expressed group interest, principle of majority and notion of compromises, display of multi-party and presence of opposition. For the party-political systems of countries of Central and South-east Europe during more than ten transformation years there was characteristic permanent creation, evolution and alteration of different party-political structures – both picked up thread or «history» (which arose up in a pre-war period, were liquidated in 1940-1950 and recommenced in 1980-90th), and created in the process of political transformation. Parliamentary elec-tions which began to be conducted with 1990 However became verification of the real influencing for the large variety of public-political structures, still finally it not impossible to define that in the countries of this region the created stable model of the party-political system (existence of a few influential parliamentary parties), although a tendency such is observed. In transformation of the party-political system of Hungary five stages of political are selected pluralization of public-political structures, description is given them and it is definite, that making of social-political technologies of peaceful and univalent, legitimate transition to political pluralism is the main value of Hungarian experience.
