Abstract:	This article analyses some problems of the transformation of the institutes of state authorities in Ukraine from the position of the up-to-date experience of the countries which had obtained interesting results in conditions close to those of Ukraine. This article reveals some particularities of the transformation processes of the institutional structure of authorities and of political relations in Ukraine and the perspectives of their following development. The article also proposes some applied aspects of transformation of the institutional basis of political relations and authorities of the contemporary Ukrainian society.
