Формування політико–правової культури студентів риторичною спадщиною Івана Франка в умовах трансформаційних процесів в Україні

Abstract

The category of legal-political culture and its formation by Ivan Franko’s rythorical inheritance is found out. The oratorikal skills of Ivan Franko are examined in the kontext of his literary and poetik creation, that is characterized by figurativeness and metaphoricalness, and corresponds to the classic canons of the art of public speaking. The analysis of jubilee speaches and obituaries gives evidense of the thinker’s deep penetration into the essense of the author’s creation and the ability to demonstrate deep features of the verbal image of a person. As a public and political figure, Ivan Franko is a passionate speaker, a skilful defender and a keen critic of the existing order.
