Abstract:	Стаття присвячена розгляду дискусійних питань, що стосуються визначення об'єкту злочинів проти правосуддя. Розглянуто, чи належить до кола суспільних відносин, що охороняються нормами розділу XVIII КК України, діяльність Конституційного Суду України у сфері конституційного судочинства. Проаналізовано підходи різних вчених з цього питання. Тhе article is devoted to the discussion of issues relating to the definition of the object of crimes against justice. Whether the activity of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine in the sphere of constitutional justice belongs to а range of public relations, protected bу Chapter XVIII of Criminal Code of Ukraine has been considered. The approaches of various scholars have been analyzed in this issue.
