| Abstract: | У статті розглядаються питання співвідношення образи і поводження, що принижує честь та гідність людини. Автор досліджує деякі питання суспільної небезпечності посягань на честь та гідність людини і пропонує перелік таких посягань. Article is deiloted to the relation of insults and circulation, which is degrading human honor and dignity. The author investigates some questions of the social danger of encroachments оn the honor and dignity, and proposes а list of such encroachments. |
