| Abstract: | У статті досліджено участь Генеральної прокуратури України в реалізації міжнародних договорів України як одна із основних її функцій, яка має велике значення для забезпечення верховенства права, зміцнення законності, захисту прав і свобод людини і громадянина, а також законних інтересів суспільства і держави не тільки в національному масштабі, але й на міжнародному рівні. ln the article has been analysed participation of prosecutor general's office of Ukraine in the execution of international treaties of Ukraine as one of its main functions, which is of great importance to the strengthen rule of law, protection of rights and freedoms of man and citizen, as well as legitimate interests of society and the state not only on the national scale but also on the international level. |
