Abstract:	У статті досліджено правовий порядок призначення суддів в Україні. Проаналізовано можливість впровадження системи виборності суддів. Запропоновано задіяти з'їзд суддів України у процедурі формування суддівського корпусу. The article examines the legal procedure for appointment of judges іn Ukraine. The author analyzes the possibility of introducing а system of electing judges. The author proposes to use the Congress of Judges of Ukraine in the process of formation of the judiciary.
