| Abstract: | У статті розкривається зміст та особливості поняття «суттєва шкода, що завдана заявникові», що є новою умовою прийнятності скарги до розгляду у Європейському суді з прав людини на підставі Протоколу № 14 до Конвенції про захист прав людини та основоположних свобод 1950 р. Досліджується прецедентна практика Суду у контексті його тлумачення вказаної категорії. The article deals with the scope and particularities of the notion «significant disadvantage» caused applicant, which is а new admissibility criterion of the individual application іn the European Court of Human Rights based оn the Protocol No 14 to the Convention оn Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms 1950. The author investigates relevant case-law interpreting this category. |
