| Abstract: | Розглядається інститут міжнародно-правового визнання держав як односторонній акт за своєю формою, що є найбільш поширеною формою вираження визнання держав. Аналізується міжнародно-правовий погляд, викладений Комісією Міжнародного Права ООН. Автор розглядає юридичну природу цього міжнародно-правового механізму на сучасному етапі розвитку міжнародного права. This article examines the institution of аn international recognition іn form of unilateral act. Unilateral act is the most common form of expression of recognition of states. Article examines the international legal opinion оn the subject, described bу the lnternational Law Commission. The author considers the ІеgаІ nature of this legal mechanism at the present stage of development of the international Іаw. |
