The various scientists' approaches to the determination of structural parts of modern international law legal sources' system and of their peculiarities аrе analyzed. The author focuses her attention on а need to fix up іn the ІеgаІ sources the system of the international law legal sources and the mechanism of their cooperation with the national Іаw ІеgаІ sources inside the borders of а ІеgаІ system. |
