Туристичний потенціал українсько-угорських прикордонних територій

Abstract

The article is devoted to the research of issues of cross-border cooperation in the border territories of the Carpathian Euroregion. The peculiarities of the Ukrainian-Hungarian border were considered, from the point of view of the economic and geographical situation, the peculiarities of the national structure of population, and the current and prospective checkpoints on the territory of the research were determined. The current contractual and legal framework between Ukraine and Hungary, which regulates bilateral cooperation in all spheres of activity, including tourism and recreation, is highlighted. Balneological and historical and cultural objects in the region of Sabolch - Satmar - Bereg (Hungary) and the tourist potential of Beregiv region (Ukraine) are singled out. It has been proven that the international cooperation is an important element of integration into the European Union, which contributes to the European integration processes within the country, applying the principles of regionalization and integration.

До складу українсько-угорського прикордонного району входять: Закарпатська область України, яка територіально включає невелику частину Ужгородського району та весь Берегівський район, до складу останнього ввійшла згідно нового адміністративно-територіального поділу (2020 року) Виноградівщина, а з сторони угорського кордону примикає медьє Саболч-Сатмар-Берег. Довжина спільного кордону суміжних прикордонних територій України та Угорщини становить 136,7 км. Досліджуваний регіон характеризується високою щільністю населення – 97,2 осіб/км 2 та, відповідно, високою щільністю забудови території. На його території проживає 1818,04 тис. осіб, він займає площу 18 713 км 2. На кордоні є 7 діючих пунктів пропуску – 5 автомобільних та 2 залізничних.
