| Abstract: | Стаття присвячена дослідженню правового статусу органу державного регулювання у сфері комунальних послуг у Литовській Республіці. Висвітлено основні історичні аспекти становлення та розвитку органу державного регулювання у сфері комунальних послуг. Визначено сферу його діяльності та основні повноваження у сферах теплопостачання, водопостачання та очищення стічних вод. Проаналізовано склад та організаційну структуру органу державного регулювання у сфері комунальних послуг. Ключові слова: державне регулювання, сфера комунальних послуг, орган державного регулювання. |
| Description: | The article is devoted to study of legal status of state regulatory authority in sphere of public utilities in Republic of Lithuania. Basic historical aspects of establishment and development of state regulatory authority in sphere of public utilities are ascertained. The scope of its activities and main functions in sphere of heat supply, water supply and waste water management are defined. The composition and organizational structure of state regulatory authority in sphere of public utilities are analyzed. Key words: state regulation, sphere of public utilities, regulatory authority. |
