Abstract

Author while comparing the elections to the representative bodies during XX century is defining the factors which influenced its organization and carrying out, and they are: 1) specifics of the social and political develop-ment of Transcarpathia; 2) parties and blocks; 3) the level of absenteeism; 4) administrative influence (resource); 5) correlation between official and opposition political forces, etc.
